Introduction

In the spirit of service and observance to the existing laws and regulations, the Accounting Office (the Office) is dedicated to facilitating the University’s overall development, healthy financial development, and carrying out various accounting tasks. Currently, the Office comprises six divisions (Divisions I-V and Accounting division of NTUCM). The primary tasks include preparation of budget estimates,  revenue from tuition and fees, revenue from Professional Education and Continuing Studies, revenue from industry-university partnerships, the government’s S&T research subsidies or revenue from commissions, revenue from management of venues and equipment, revenue from donations, revenue from investments, and the implementation, audit, supervision, inspection and acceptance of other government-subsidized projects, preparation of vouchers, as well as preparation of monthly report and final accounts.
